The setup and onboarding phase is designed to get you running quickly with a system that’s built around your needs, not just best practices. It typically includes CRM structure (pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages), lead capture, email sequences, automation, reporting, and team training. You’ll also get strategy sessions and documentation so you’re not left in the dark once we launch.

How long does a project usually take from start to finish?

It depends on the complexity, but most projects run between 2 and 6 weeks. Quick-turn CRM audits or smaller implementations can be completed in a few days. Larger projects (including onboarding, multiple hubs, or more complex automation) are phased with weekly check-ins to stay aligned. You’ll always have a clear timeline and shared dashboard to track progress.
